This is a Joker Machine moped project bike, built from an old '78 Puch Maxi sport MK II that was bought off of Craigs List back in July of 2013. The frame has a 1" x 2" 4130 steel tube support bar with a set of billet aluminum trim panels. The bike has a full array of off the shelf billet hand/switch controls from Joker Machine along with one-off CNC machined pieces along with various performance parts bought online. It sports a set of Hagon (British) stainless steel shocks, modified Yamaha PW-80 front forks fitted to modified Puch "Snowflake" cast rims with dual stainless rotors, with a CNC machined cross-over manifold to feed the dual piston billet Joker (racing bicycle) hydraulic calipers. Motor built by Paz Performance: (Gila 74cc with HPI ignition / black wrinkle powdercoated trans case). Has an MLM 3" wide capacity tire, black wrinkle powdercoated swingarm with custom aluminum side panels. Has CNC machined 1/4" thick seat support plate and fiberglass "Cafe" style seat cowl with an aluminum seat pan wrapped by a Saddleman custom made padded seat. Custom CNC machined LED tail / tag lights incorporated in the rear section. Has a replicated PUCH S.N. nameplate milled out of aluminum and CNC machined text with "JM" wing logo added. Tires are SAVA 17 x 2.5 racing tires. Has custom billet headlight brackets affixed to an "Auxbeam" headlight and a custom machined HPI coil & CDI box bracket. Has an elaborate electrical housing milled out from 1" thick blocks to contain the wiring terminal block. A digital voltage check meter is incorporated into the outer box section that allows checking of the Ballistic 2" SQ. battery with the push of a button. Just added a custom billet carb overflow tube "catch-can" mounted off of the intake manifold and a fully CNC machined out from a billet chunk: (5.5" square x 2" thick block) timing cover. Has Biltwell "Recoil" style hand grips on shortened 25" wide drag bars. Has an MLM "Cali" exhaust with billet mounting adapter bracket for Puch Maxi frame bracket.
